A man with a gunshot wound was found dead at a Maplewood intersection on Saturday night.

Maplewood police reported that they went to Larpenteur Avenue E. and Howard Street N. at 8:44 p.m where they found the man in the roadway. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police Lt. Joe Steiner said no arrests had been made, but that detectives were following up on several leads.
Maplewood police and the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension are investigating.
